Building the perspective of constitutional values in Dumka district of Jharkhand
The Samvidhan Saathi Fellowship focuses on empowering rural communities in Dumka district by promoting constitutional values, strengthening tribal self-governance, and ensuring access to rights and entitlements. Fellows work at the grassroots level, creating awareness and driving impactful change through community-based initiatives.
This fellowship provides opportunities to individuals from areas where Lahanti has long-term engagement, encouraging them to lead and implement activities that address challenges faced by tribal communities while promoting democratic and constitutional principles.
Fellowships are granted to individuals from rural areas, community workers, and activists working on issues like the Forest Rights Act (FRA).
Strategically implemented across Dumka district to address challenges faced by tribal communities.
Fellows work to promote constitutional values and democratic rights in their communities.
Empowering tribal communities to exercise self-governance and make informed decisions.
Fellows engage through Gram Sabhas, villages, and local platforms to raise awareness and implement changes.
